Ancora is certified to administer, deliver and coach individuals and teams using several assessment instruments, including those that examine personality; preferences; leadership style and behaviors; emotional intelligence; motives and drivers; self-actualization and resiliency.

360s have come a long way - and their reputation as a punitive tool has been replaced as companies are using multi-rater feedback for the purpose of enhancing the capabilities of leaders and increasing their self-awareness. Ancora is certified in multiple valid and reliable 360 instruments and will recommend those best suited to achieve desired outcomes.

Ancora specializes in designing and implementing customized multi-rater feedback programs tailored to a company's leadership model and competencies. We can provide the technical platform to manage the project from start to finish and generate individual feedback reports for each participant and group reports for management. We conduct one-on-one feedback debriefs and coaching sessions with each participant to support the process of development planning. 

While Ancora believes that assessments can be a valuable tool in the selection and development of organizational talent, we sometimes see companies who administer them on an ad hoc, fragmented basis without an overarching strategy. 

By first conducting an analysis of an organization's current practices, Ancora is able to help its clients shape an overall assessment philosophy, develop a process that outlines desired outcomes, and formalize an approach that is based on ethical and effective application of the various tools. We also help companies standardize their assessment practices by formally incorporating them into the design of key talent processes such as hiring and onboarding as well as leadership development and coaching.
